THE POWERHOUSE
Season 2

The Powerhouse S2E1

LSU Baseball prepares to attack the 2024 season and cement a new legacy. Powered by Hayden Travinski, the Tigers' new No. 8, and closer Gavin Guidry, the reigning national champions enter a new year with unwavering confidence in their process.

Letters on the Front

The 2024 LSU Baseball team has exemplified that the culture of this year's squad is second to none. Super senior Alex Milazzo and freshman Steven "Monster" Milam are from opposite sides of the country but share the same passion for playing at LSU, proving that heart is the measurement of a Tiger.

The Powerhouse S2E3

Through early-season adversity, Coach Johnson has emphasized the importance of taking baseball game-by-game, and pitch-by-pitch. Senior right-handed pitcher Will Hellmers knows this to be true. His pregame hype speeches are a hallmark of the program, and there’s no one better suited to give them than Wild Bill.

The Tipping Point

The Powerhouse S2E4

LSU Baseball's lineup is stacked and versatile, relying on both star talent and role players. Tommy White and Cade Beloso took separate paths to the powerhouse of college baseball, but have played their roles to perfection. With the postseason approaching, the fun of Tiger Baseball is just beginning.

The Powerhouse S2E5

NCAA postseason has arrived for the LSU Baseball team. The Tigers sweep Ole Miss in the final regular-season series and take time to honor the seven seniors who made an incredible impact on the program during their time in Baton Rouge. After reaching the SEC Tournament Championship game on the back of seven-straight victories and heroic fashion, the Tigers now prepare for the NCAA Chapel Hill Regional.

Fought Like Tigers

The Powerhouse S2E6

The 2024 LSU baseball season came to a close in the NCAA Chapel Hill Regional, but the Tigers’ special run to earn their postseason bid was possible due to their undying fight displayed down the stretch. Despite the tough road put in front of them, Coach Jay Johnson’s staff and players made it to the regional championship against North Carolina. Johnson - with Omaha set in his sights for the 2025 season already - prepares to forge another CWS-caliber roster.
